Q. How do I search for a business?
A. Head over to the home page, where you can search by location, industry, or business name if you know it.

Q. My business isn’t listed. How can I claim my free line entry?
A. Simply click “Add your business” on the Home page and complete the form, which will be submitted to Manx Radio for approval.

Q. My contact information is incorrect. How do I modify my entry?
A. If you have a basic line entry, please head over to the contact us tab and let us know the correct information – we will update your details asap. If you have upgraded your listing, you can modify your information yourself via your personal dashboard.

Q. How do I upgrade from a line entry to a full business page?
A. Simply click the “claim” button next to your line entry, fill in the form, and you will be contacted by one of our Business Development Executives.

Q. If I haven’t got time will Manx Radio manage my page for me?
A. No, the page is managed solely by the client. However, additional telephone support is available on 682620.

Q. Is the website responsive on smart phones / tablets etc?
A. Yes it is.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – how do I upload elements to my page?
A. You will find a how-to-guide on your personal dashboard detailing how to upload images, video, audio, offers, and edit text.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – how often can I change my offers?
A. You have three slots to fill with offers, which can be changed and updated as often as you like. See how-to-guide for more information.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – I’ve updated my details but they’re not live yet, why not?
A. All submitted content will be moderated by Manx Radio during office hours, in order to maintain quality to the highest possible standard. If you submit an edit / offer after 5pm it will be moderated and approved the following working day.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – how do I get my offers on to the radio and Facebook page?
A. Offers will be selected at random to appear on air and on social media by Manx Radio. The more regularly you update your offers, the more chance you have of being mentioned!

Q. I have an upgraded business page – I’ve forgotten my username and password. How do I reset them?
A. Click the link on the login page and you will be prompted to enter your email address registered to your account. A new password will be generated and emailed to you.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – can I purchase additional commercials, videos, Facebook management and airtime?
A. Yes you can – you can buy multiple Audio Designs, Visual Designs, SMART Social Management etc. to use on your page. You can also purchase airtime to use your Audio Design in a radio campaign if you so desire. Contact your Business Development Executive for more information.

Q. I have an upgraded business page – how will the success of my programme be measured?
A. You will have access to quarterly reports via your personal dashboard, however, if we see that your page has below average performance you will be notified sooner with advice on how to improve it. You will also be visited quarterly by your Business Development Executive.
